SCAM ALERT!!!

Please beware of scams on the internet involving con artists trying to pass themselves off as dog breeders. There are people running scams off various dog sales websites, such as puppyfind.com. They are stealing puppy pictures and kennel names from reputable breeders and taking deposits on puppies they don't own. I have recently found scammers using my kennel name to run scams. The owners of puppyfind.com know of the problem and are working to take care of it. Always make sure you are speaking to me or my son. Only respond to Shelia or Jonathan at bullywully2002@yahoo.com or by phone 479-293-4422. If anyone says they work for or represent us then it is a SCAM.

Here are a few ways to avoid being scammed:

1. Make sure the breeder you are trying to contact has a phone number or website address.

2. Contact the breeder by phone or through their business website, but never simply through an ad placed on commercial dog sale sites.

3. Ask questions about the breed you are interested in. If the person is a reputable breeder, they will be able to tell you a lot about the breed.

4. Ask if they own both the mother and father and what the puppy's temperament is like.

5. Ask to see pictures of the puppies.

6. See if they allow kennel visits (even if you live too far away). A reputable breeder will always let you visit and will give you directions to their kennel.

7. Ask for their vets phone number so you can call and check them out.

8. Never send money until you have satisfied all your questions.

9. If you do feel comfortable sending money, always send it in a way it can be tracked. UPS, FED EX, and the postal service have services that either give you a tracking number or require a signature.

10. Never send money to post office boxes or thru a wire transfer.
